Access & delivery
You'll receive an email with your access link within a minute of checkout. Courses, downloads and templates open instantly. Live cohorts and coaching include a scheduling link inside the email.
Payment
We accept cards, bank transfer, and USSD through FinStore. Payments are secure, and receipts are emailed automatically.
Refunds
Self-paced courses and downloads come with a 7-day refund window if you haven't consumed more than 25% of the material. Live cohorts and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable but transferable.
Live sessions
Cohorts run twice a year. Membership workshops happen every two weeks. Coaching sessions are booked at a time that fits your calendar, weekday evenings included.
Downloads
Yes. All templates and downloads are yours for personal and client work. You can't repackage or resell them as your own product.
Membership
You're billed monthly through FinStore. You can pause or cancel any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
